Nona Green, Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty is THE top selling agent of equestrian homes in West Los Angeles County. A veteran Real Estate Broker since 1978, Nona has sold over 1,000 homes throughout her long-lasting career. As a community-minded and longtime resident of Old Agoura, Nona has volunteered in an array of different capacities. Nona has served as President of the nonprofit organization, “Friends of Old Agoura Park, Inc.”, is a volunteer for Hearts and Horses (a nonprofit ranch that gives riding therapy to challenged adults), and is an advocate for the Old Agoura 4-H scholarship committee. Nona is also a retired gymkhana competitor and dressage student. Being an avid horseperson, Nona understands the unique needs of the equestrian buyer and seller. KYRSHA WILDASIN
Kyrsha grew up on the East Coast and upon moving west, attended Arizona State University and completed course work at Santa Monica College.
Her education in the field of Design and Marketing led to a highly responsible position with a national textile firm. Kyrsha was in charge of marketing, where she honed her skills in graphic design, print and social media.
Previously, Kyrsha had years of experience as office manager and bookkeeper for a general contractor. At that position, she help coordinate and oversee many multimillion-dollar custom home projects in Malibu.
Longtime friend Nona Green realized that Kyrsha’s diverse background in marking and real estate would be the perfect blend to take her real estate business to the next level.
Kyrsha is an energetic single mom. When she is not marketing real estate, Kyrsha is busy with her son's many community sports programs. Kyrsha serves on the board of Agoura Pony Baseball. She is also an avid horseback rider, runner, and snowboarder.
